8. Discussion and possible action on rezoning application for a
portion of parcel #6-7-224 located at 2508 N Harmony Town Hall
Road to split off existing buildings.
9. Discussion and possible action on rezoning application a portion
of parcel #6-7-131.2 to enlarge the adjoining parcel #6-7-131A
located at 3727 N Henke Rd.

24. Possible motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Statute Section 19.85(1) (e) and 19.85(1)(g) to discuss negotiations with M&I Bank relating to Town’s mortgage on Vineyard property, and to confer with legal counsel who is rendering advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Board in litigation in which the Board is likely to become involved.
